SERVICES

TIP IN YARD

We accept waste delivered directly to any
of our facilities

Island Waste have two licensed waste processing sites in Guernsey, these are located in St Andrew and St Sampson. These facilities offer a wide range of sophisticated waste segregation processes that allow us to maximise the recycling and recovery of all of the waste we receive.

Following the industry accepted Waste Hierarchy model, we prioritise recycling as the first form of waste treatment, and thus retrieve as much recyclable material as possible from the waste we receive including paper, cardboard, metal and plastics.

As a long-term commitment to the Guernsey waste market, we continually invest in state-of-the-art plant and equipment to improve our services, providing our customer with significant benefits.

On arrival to our facilities, please report directly to the weighbridge office where a member of staff will greet you. Each vehicle is weighed in, you will then be directed into the tipping area. Once you have tipped the waste, you are required to go back on to the weighbridge where a weight ticket will be generated. We allow account and non-account holders to utilise our facilities. If you would like to open account with us, please contact our Accounts Team at accounts@islandwaste.gg.
